I've got a recipe for life happiness right here (success not guaranteed):
1) Look at what you have
2a) If what you have is sufficient to live comfortably, stop worrying about things you don't have
2b) If what you have is not sufficient, make a list of the minimum that is necessary to live comfortably. Once you acquired that, stop worrying
3) Don't worry, be happy
I have a freaking lot of thing I don't have and likely won't ever get. Yet I consider myself happy most of the time. Strange, isn't it?
